- Secretariat : Handles legislative activities such as operation of the council under the control and supervision of the chairperson
- Secretary General : Handles the administrative affairs of the council and governs and supervises employees under the control of the chairperson

- 5. Comprehensive Planning and Coordination of Protocol Tasks
- 6. Matters Related to External Cooperation and Exchange
- 7. Promotion of International and Friendly Exchange Cooperation
- 8. Operation of Overseas Travel and Training Review Committee for Members
- 9. Matters Related to Public Officials' Asset Registration
- 10. Matters Related to Public Officials' Military Service Reporting
- 11. Welfare and Benefits for Members and Legislative Office Staff
- 12. Matters Related to Enhancing Legislative Office Integrity
- 13. Security Affairs and Official Seal Management
- 14. Management and Security of Records (Documents, Books, Registers, Audio-Visual Materials, etc.)
