Segregation of Duties
- 1. Matters concerning the support of committee proceedings
- 2. Matters concerning the drafting and proposal of bills
- 3. Matters concerning the review and reporting of bills, budget proposals, petitions, and other committee-related agenda items
- 4. Matters concerning the collection and investigation of various legislative documents and materials
- 5. Matters concerning the provision of inquiry materials to committees
- 6. Matters concerning the organization and operation of public hearings, seminars, debates, study sessions, and informal meetings hosted by committees
- 7. Support for committee-related questions to executive agencies and five-minute free speeches
- 8. Support for administrative audits, investigations, and settlement audits
- 9. Matters concerning the support of committee-related petitions, resolutions, and statements
- 10. Matters concerning the management of sub-treasurer duties and inventory within committees
- 11. Matters concerning the management of official seals within committees
- 12. Matters concerning the use and coordination of committee meeting rooms
- 13. Support for the activities and operations of special committees under the jurisdiction of committees (Note: Special committees related to more than two committee areas are managed by the professional staff of the main committee; however, the Budget and Settlement Special Committee is an exception)
- 14. Other matters concerning the jurisdiction of committees
※ The professional staff of the House Steering Committee is responsible for the following additional duties beyond their assigned tasks:
- 1. Coordination of major tasks among professional staff and administrative improvements
- 2. Support for the activities and operations of the Ethics Special Committee
- 3. Matters concerning the operation of special committee meetings
- 4. Matters concerning statements issued in the name of all members of the Provincial Assembly
- 5. Matters concerning legislators' legislative activity expenses
- 6. Matters concerning legislator education and legislative training
- 7. Matters concerning the appointment and operation of advisory committees
- 8. Matters concerning administrative support for negotiating groups
- 9. Matters concerning the operation of regional council assemblies

- 1. Matters concerning the analysis of provincial and education office budget proposals, settlements, fund operation plans, and fund settlements
- 2. Matters concerning the analysis of major projects of investment and contribution institutions
- 3. Matters concerning the estimation of costs for bills involving budgets and funds
- 4. Matters concerning the investigation and analysis of domestic and international financial systems and institutional improvements
- 5. Matters concerning the collection and support of materials related to budgets and financial policies
