Search "Chungbuk-do Council" or "Chungcheongbuk-do Provincial Council" on your Navigator. Or enter the road name address "82 Sangdang-ro (Chungcheongbuk-do Provincial Council, Munhwa-dong), Sangdang-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do". Otherwise, enter the land-lot based address, "89 Munhwa-dong, Sangdang-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do".
