  • Council Secretariat : Handles matters related to legislation activities like steering the committees directed & supervised by the Chairman of the Council.
  • Secretary General : Oversees the Council by receiving the order from the Chairman and directs and supervises affiliated public officials.
  • Organization : 1 Department, 2 Divisions, 4 Teams, and 6 Offices for the Expert Council Members

Segregation of Duties

  • 1.Assisting proceedings of the committee
  • 2.Collecting, analysing, and sharing the necessary materials for examining bills under the jurisdiction of the committee and examining & reviewing regulations
  • 3.Reviewing the submitted agenda from the committee and drawing up examination report
  • 4.Operation of public hearing, seminar, and meeting under the jurisdiction of the committee
  • 5.Management of the office and meeting room of the committee
  • 6.Consultation on execution of the budget under the jurisdiction of the committee and management of Council goods
  • 7.Certified management under the jurisdiction of the committee
  • 8.Drawing up statistical data under the jurisdiction of the committee
  • 9.Inspection of administrative affairs and assistance for investigation under the jurisdiction of the committee
  • 10.Assistance for handling petitions & appeals under the jurisdiction of the committee
  • 11.Support for handling questions related to provincial politics under the jurisdiction of the committee
  • 12.Handling general administrative affairs under the jurisdiction of the committee
  • 13.Studying, investigating and sharing analysis materials for long- and short- term pending issues under the jurisdiction of the committee
  • 14.Matters related to legislative activity support and policy development under the jurisdiction of the committee
  • 15.Matters related to workshop operation for the Members belong to the committee
  • 16.Matters related to event support and calendar for the members to the committee
  • The expert member of the Council Steering Committee shall supervise segregation of duties as well as general administrative affairs of each expert council member, and segregate the following tasks
  • a.Support for the Special Committee activity
  • b.Support for research activity of the Council Members and operation of the Deliberation Committee
  • c.Tasks of a fiscal officer under jurisdiction of the expert council member
  • d.Matters related to Support for the legislative activity of the Council Members
  • e.Matters related to law screening like ordinances & rules
  • f.Matters related to dealing with the lawsuit relevant to the Council
  • g.Matters related to policy development and research services of the Council
  • h.Matters related to support like investigation & analysis on long-term and pending issues about additional political activities
  • i.Issuing provincial council operation-related collected regulations
  • The expert member of the Education Committee should carry out the following duties along with the duties under the committee’s jurisdiction.
  • a.Recording, arrangement and retainment of affairs related to all types of meetings
  • b.Matters concerning perusal of proceedings
  • c.Operation and management of stenographers and recording equipment
