  • Council Secretariat : Handles matters related to legislation activities like steering the committees directed & supervised by the Chairman of the Council.
  • Secretary General : Oversees the Council by receiving the order from the Chairman and directs and supervises affiliated public officials.
  • Organization : 1 Department, 2 Divisions, 4 Teams, and 6 Offices for the Expert Council Members

Segregation of Duties

  • 1.Planning and coordinating proceedings operation
  • 2.Overall adjustment of convocation & operation of ordinary and special meetings
  • 3.Support and assistance for proceedings of plenary sessions
  • 4.Support for proceedings of all committees
  • 5.Management of the conference hall (including allocation of seats)
  • 6.Management of all items on the agenda (receipt, classification, printing, submission & distribution, transmission, and etc.)
  • 7.Dealing with auditing & investigating-related task of administrative affairs
  • 8.Receipt, classification, and treatment of petitions & appeals
  • 9.Dealing with questions of provincial politics and written inquires
  • 10.Preservation management of document bills
  • 11.Collection materials, investigation and storage management for Council operation
  • 12.Appointment of Council Members
  • 13.Operation of workshop of all Council Members
  • 14.Recommending Council Members to the other body or organization (including committees)
  • 15.Matters related to appointment of advisory committee members
  • 16.Filing and storing records of all meeting conditions
  • 17.Matters related to issuing & reading all minutes
  • 18.Operative management of stenographer & recording equipments
  • 19.Dealing with leave of absence and attendance & absence of the Members
  • 20.Operative management of the internet homepage data and server of the Council
  • 21.Appointment and Operation of the Members for auditing settled accounts
  • 22.Matters Related to attending & watching meetings of the Council
