  • Council Secretariat : Handles matters related to legislation activities like steering the committees directed & supervised by the Chairman of the Council.
  • Secretary General : Oversees the Council by receiving the order from the Chairman and directs and supervises affiliated public officials.
  • Organization : 1 Department, 2 Divisions, 4 Teams, and 6 Offices for the Expert Council Members

Segregation of Duties

  • 1.Overall planning and coordinating administrative affairs of the Council Secretariat
  • 2.Coordinating main work and improving office work of the Council Secretariat
  • 3.Matters related to organizations and members of the Council Secretariat
  • 4.Management of registration and identity of the Council Members ( ID card issuance, resignation allowance, changes in status notification, and etc...)
  • 5.Overall planning and coordinating ceremony
  • 6.Matters related to external cooperative exchange
  • 7.Cooperative promotion of international exchange and friendly relationship
  • 8.Operation of overseas trip and training council of the Council Members
  • 9.Matters related to property registration for public officials
  • 10.Matters related to the report on military service for public officials
  • 11.Matters related to public welfare for the Council Members and public servants of the Council Secretariat
  • 12.Personnel management for the public servants of the Council Secretariat
  • 13.Security business and certified management
  • 14.General control over all records (documentary, books, ledger,audiovisual materials)
  • 15.Matters related to the security and maintenance of order outside Council Hall
  • 16.Matters related to the association of the national chairman of City or Provincial Council
  • 17.Matters related to the operation of monitors for the Council political activities
  • 18.Matters related to meetings of chairman & vice chairman, discussions of all Members of the Council
  • 19.Operation management of the reference room of the Council
  • 20.Adjustment of using the Council meeting room
  • 21.Issuance of White Paper of Council political activities & Council Member's daily planner
  • 22.General amendment on budget compilation, enforcement, settled accounts under the jurisdiction of the Council Secretariat
  • 23.Tasks related to a fiscal officer and source of spending
  • 24.Tasks related to contracts and supplies
  • 25.Pay Management including Salary
  • 26.Storage of cashbook as well as revenue and expenditure budget
  • 27.Maintenance of the Council office building and additional facilities
  • 28.Management of Cars and Goods
  • 29.Planning and Coordinating public relation for political activities of the Council
  • 30.Collection, distribution and publication of promotional material for the political activities of the Council
  • 31.Publication of Newsletter of political activities of the Council
  • 32.Photo shooting & storing photos of political activities of the Council and management of related equipments
  • 33.Drawing up all speeches
  • 34.Operation of Council publication editing commission
  • 35.Operation of sound & broadcasting facilities and management of related equipments
  • 36.Matters related to expenses for political activities of the Provincial Council Members
  • 37.Matters related to legal advisor appointment
  • 38.Matters not belong to the other divisions in the department
